When we launched eNewsPro, our web based email marketing tool we didn't anticipate the calls from clients asking us to help them design their
templates and content. We purely launched it as a tool to facilitate the sending and management of email campaigns and newletters. So as great relief to some of them,
we have now expanded the service to include a Managed Service option.
With our managed service we will generate the html template from your body copy and manage the sending and reporting of the campaign.
eNewsPro is still available as a DIY email marketing tool at www.enewspro.co.uk from a starting
price of £30 per month which includes a monthly allowance of 10,000 emails.

So what exactly is eNewsPro?
eNewsPro is a product developed by mapleleaf solutions to assist in the design, broadcasting and list management side of email marketing.
eNewsPro will enable you to discover that you can quickly create professional-looking email campaigns that grab attention and help you build successful, lasting relationships with your customers, clients or members.
Comprehensive Client, Subscriber List and Collateral Management ensures that your email marketing campaigns achieve the highest levels of effectiveness for your organisation. From the beginning of the process to final broadcast eNewsPro ensures that anti-spam rules are adhered to where possible.
Client management – Multiple clients can be defined allowing multiple campaigns to be run and managed from the same account.
Each client has its own set of setup data, including contact details, all of which are automatically used in the creation of the eNewsletter.
List Management - Proper subscriber list management is crucial in ensuring an effective and legal email marketing campaign. When ever subscribers are added to a list, whether by bulk upload or interactively, each subscriber will be sent an email advising them that they have been added to a list and asking them to confirm that they do in fact wish to subscribe. This is called double “opt-in”. As new subscribers are added, the syntax of their email address is also checked and log files of suspect addresses made available for correction. Multiple lists can be created for use in different campaigns.
Creation of Collateral – eNewsPro offers the ability to create and manage highly targeted content. Each set of Collateral contains both text only content,
for email clients that do not support HTML content, as well as a WYSIWYG editor for the creation of graphical HTML content. In both the text only and HTML
content tags are available for personalisation of content i.e. First name, Last name, Salutation.
Campaign Broadcast - This is where everything is pulled together. A Broadcast is made up of a Client, a subscriber list and the Collateral to be used. A broadcast date and time is set and the broadcast submitted. A Broadcast can be checked against SpamAssassin for vulnerability to Spam filters before the newsletter is sent. Information is fed back as to the number of emails sent, how many emails where opened and almost more important how many and which email addresses bounced.
Custom Auto responders - eNewsPro is configured to send emails to you and your subscribers when certain events are triggered, for example when a new user subscribes or un-subscribes to a mailing list. With our custom auto responders feature you can create your own email messages to be sent when these and other events are raised.
Personalisation – All eNewsPro Auto responders and re-direction URL’s can be personalised to integrate with existing web sites and campaign look and feel.
Forward to a friend – For viral marketing, eNewsPro automatically includes a Forward to a friend link. The forwarded email has any personalisation removed and indicates who has forwarded the email. A count is kept of how many times an email is forwarded.
Link Tracking – When a newsletter is submitted the user is asked if any of the embedded links are needed to be tracked. Statistics are recorded for any links that are clicked on from the email.
